Patricia (age 37), is the 2nd Gym Leader of the Neeoto region. She is a Master of Psychic-type Pokémon. She is the Leader of the Gym in Gamayan City, known officially as the Gamayan Gym.
Axel is a man of 47 who along with being a gym leader as makes his trade in making many types of Poké balls. He is very strict but as well grateful for the help he gets in his Factory Gym, in witch can be found in the center of town. It has multiple wings from a mess hall to the generator room. Challengers of his Gym must locate the keys to the office where Axel awaits to be Challenged. To do so you must search all wings of the gym and defeating his various factory workers to optian keys to other parts of the gym. He looks like Kanto and Johto's Elite Four member Bruno.
Once beaten he gives his challengers the Ingot Badge as well as TM 74 Gyro Ball. He is one of the very few Gym Leaders of the game to not help the player in the main plotline of the game but instead allows you to purchase his custom Pokéballs for a good price, also you can buy regular balls for really good prices. After the Challenger beats the Neeoto League and champion, you are able to challenge Axel again, this time he has a full team of 6 Pokémon.
